CHICKEN CHIPPED BEEF 
8 chicken breasts, deboned
2 pkgs. chipped beef
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 - 1 1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
2 boxes Rice-a-Roni

Place chicken in broiler pan. Heat chipped beef (torn in pieces) in pan and place over chicken. Pour soup over chicken and chipped beef. Cover with foil. Bake in oven 1 hour at 350 degrees.

When chicken is done, remove chipped beef and juice in pan and mix on top of stove with cream cheese and sour cream. Prepare 2 boxes of chicken Rice-A-Roni per directions on box. Place cooked rice in bottom of casserole. Next comes chicken and top with chipped beef mixture. Serves 8 to 10.
