CHICKEN WITH CHIPPED BEEF &
BACON
 
12 (1/2) chicken breasts, boned & skinned
1 sm. jar chipped beef, shredded
1 can mushrooms
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 pieces of bacon

Line shallow pan with chipped beef. Wrap each breast with piece of bacon. Place on top of chipped beef. Mix sour cream and mushroom soup. Pour over chicken breasts. Sprinkle with mushrooms. Bake uncovered in a slow oven at 250 degrees for approximately 3 hours. Serves 8 to 10.
