MICROWAVE ALMOND BARK | |
1 c. blanched almonds 1 tsp. butter 1 lb. white chocolate Place almonds and butter in pie plate. Microwave on high 4-5 minutes or until toasted. Set almonds aside. Place chocolate in glass bowl. Microwave on high 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until softened. May have to stop once and stir. Stir in almonds. Pour onto wax paper lined baking sheet. Cool in refrigerator and then break into pieces. |
