MICROWAVE ALMOND BARK 
1 c. blanched almonds
1 tsp. butter
1 lb. white chocolate

Place almonds and butter in pie plate. Microwave on high 4-5 minutes or until toasted. Set almonds aside.

Place chocolate in glass bowl. Microwave on high 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until softened. May have to stop once and stir. Stir in almonds. Pour onto wax paper lined baking sheet. Cool in refrigerator and then break into pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
