CHOCOLATE ALMOND BARKS | |
12 oz. pkg. semi - sweet chocolate chips 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) slivered almonds, toasted In double boiler, melt chocolate chips over 1 inch simmering water stirring constantly until smooth. Add almonds. Spread a thin layer over waxed paper or a baking sheet. Chill until firm, about 30 minutes. Remove waxed paper. Break into pieces. Makes 1 pound of candy. |
