10 med. potatoes
1 tbsp. garlic
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cook potatoes until they start to boil. Then boil for 3 minutes. Melt butter in 9x13-inch pan. Drain potatoes and add to the butter with the spices. Mix well. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown. Stir a couple times while cooking. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
