BONELESS BREAST OF CHICKEN ON
WILD RICE
 
5-6 boned chicken breasts, cut in halves
1 box prepared UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice (not 5 minute kind)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sprinkle rice and seasoning in 9"x13" pan. Blend soups with water. Stir into rice. Place chicken on rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken, cover with foil. Bake 2 1/4 hours. Let stand 15 minutes.

Serves 8 to 10.
