STIR FRIED CHINESE CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. salad oil
3 chicken breasts, boned and cut in two inch strips
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 lg. onion, sliced

Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken, soy sauce and salt. Cook stirring constantly 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Add vegetables, onion, garlic and mix well. Continue cooking 5 to 8 minutes longer or until thoroughly heated. Serve over hot rice.
