CRAZY CRUST COBBLER | |
1/2 stick butter 1 egg 1 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flour, self-rising 1 #2 can sliced peaches Melt butter in 9 or 10 inch oven proof skillet (iron skillet is best). Mix all ingredients except peaches. Pour mixture in skillet place peaches on top (reserve juice). Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Pour juice over the cobbler, return to oven for 10 minutes. |
