CHICKEN PAPRIKA 
3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces, skinned
1 tbsp. vegetable salad oil
1 tbsp. Sunkist fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves, crushed

Place chicken pieces on a rack in a shallow baking pan; brush lightly with oil. Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika, pepper and tarragon. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until tender. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley if desired. Makes 6 servings. If gravy is allowed, drain off all fat before thickening. Add 1 small can unsalted mushrooms, drained. 3 ounces cooked weight with lemon juice and without gravy, Na - 63 mg; Cal - 165.
