CHICKEN PIE 
2 chicken breasts, halved
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
Bisquick baking mix
Salt to taste

Boil 2 chicken breasts (halved) until thoroughly cooked. Save broth. Cook 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables. (A few minutes shorter time than directions call for). Make gravy with the boiled chicken broth. Debone, skin, and cut the chicken into bite size chunks. Mix chicken, vegetables and the gravy in your favorite casserole dish. (You should have extra gravy. Save this!)

Make Bisquick biscuits from package directions and spoon this mixture on top of the chicken, vegetable, gravy mixture. Bake according to biscuit directions on the Bisquick box. (Remember, you're only cooking the biscuits; everything else is already cooked.) Serve with the gravy you saved.
