BEST CHOCOLATE FUDGE | |
4 c. sugar 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 ( 7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream 2 sqs. Baker's chocolate 1 (8 oz.) milk chocolate chips 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/4 c. butter Dash of salt 1 tsp. vanilla Mix butter, milk, sugar, marshmallow cream together. Bring to boil, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Cook 7-8 minutes or 230 degrees. Add chocolate squares and milk chocolate chips, stir until melted, add vanilla and nuts. (Can use half semi-sweet and half milk chocolate chips) if so omit baking chocolate. Pour into buttered pan, cool slightly before cutting into squares. |
