CHOCOLATE TOWN PIE | |
9 inch unbaked pastry shell 1/2 c. butter, softened 2 eggs, beaten 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 c. chopped pecans Have pastry shell ready. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In small mixing bowl cream butter, add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and sugar; add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden. Cool about one hour. Garnish with whipped cream if desired before serving. Very rich. I leave off the whipped cream. |
