HEATED BEAN DIP (LOW CAL) 
1 (15 oz.) can red beans (drain and save juice)
1/4 c. red bean juice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lg. piece garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cumin
Dash of Tabasco

Blend all in blender. Heat and serve with low fat crackers.
