BERRIED DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted
8 pkg. Equal

Combine crumbs, Equal and butter. Press firmly into bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Chill.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. milk
2 pt. strawberries, sliced
2 1/2 c. cold milk
8 pkg. Equal
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1 pkg. (6 servings) instant vanilla sugar free pudding

Beat cream cheese with Equal and 4 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange strawberries on topping in even layer. Using 2 1/2 cups milk, prepare pudding as directed on package. Pour over berries. Spread remaining topping over pudding. Garnish with additional berries if desired. Chill several hours or overnight.

Note: For a change, substitute 3 sliced bananas OR 4 cups sliced fresh peaches OR 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained for strawberries.
