1 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and mayonnaise, until creamy. Mix all dry ingredients together, then add to the sugar and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth. Pour in a greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Leave plain or frost with your favorite frosting.
