MAYONNAISE CAKE 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. lukewarm water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Put sugar, cocoa and mayonnaise together; blend well. Put soda in warm water. Start adding the flour a little at a time and alternate the additions with the warm water and soda until all have been added. Mix well.

Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.

Vanilla icing is recommended for the mayonnaise cake.
