GRAMMIE'S SWEDISH OR NORWEGIAN
CAKES
 
1 c. white flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs (well beaten)
3 c. sweet milk

Sift flour into bowl. Add sugar and salt. Then add eggs and milk gradually; stirring the mixture until it is well blended. Let stand 2 hours. Heat a griddle, well greased. Beat the batter well again before putting portion of it on the griddle for frying. Make thin pancakes and brown on both sides.
