BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
1 c. minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover bottom of pan with rice. Put chicken on top of rice. Mix soups together in a bowl with water. Pour soup mix over chicken and rice. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Do not overcook.
