ONE POT BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 fryer cut up
1 can Campbells Onion Soup
1 can water
1 stick butter
1 c. raw rice (not minute rice)
Sliced mushrooms (if desired)

Melt butter in bottom of large casserole. Pour rice over butter. Arrange chicken over rice. Pour soup and water over all. If mushrooms are desired, add on top of chicken before soup and water. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
