PINEAPPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 beaten eggs

Mix the sugar, flour, soda, salt and eggs and crushed pineapple together. Pour in pan, greased and floured. Mix the brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle over batter before baking. Bake 325 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done.
