MIXED VEGETABLE CREAM SOUP -
MICROWAVE
 
2 chicken bouillon cubes
5 c. chopped mixed vegetables
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
4 slices Cheddar cheese

Dissolve bouillon in 1/2 cup water in 2 quart microwave proof bowl. Add mixed vegetables and spices. Microwave on high for 15 minutes in covered bowl. Stir twice.

Mix flour and 1/2 cup of milk. Shake together until smooth. Add remaining milk and butter to vegetables mixture; add flour/milk mixture. Microwave uncovered for 7 to 10 minutes on high.

During the last 4 to 5 minutes add cheese, stirring to combine.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
