BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bunch broccoli or 2 pkgs. frozen
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Trim stems and dice thickly; cut floweret in attractive sizes. Cook in lightly salted water until tender and crisp. Place broccoli in buttered dish. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese with cracker crumbs. Heat to bubbling. Put on top of broccoli. I use Parmesan cheese on top. Place in 350 degree oven and heat until hot and bubbly. You may make ahead of time and bake just before serving time.
