HAMBURGER-VEGETABLE STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
2 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. water
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 tsp. each thyme, marjoram
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown ground beef in Dutch oven; drain drippings. Then add remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered, for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
