HAMBURGER DUMPLING STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. chili sauce
1 c. canned condensed tomato soup
1 sm. onion
2 c. hot water
3/4 c. + 2 tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. hot fat
3 tsp. baking powder

Mix ground chuck with salt, pepper, onion and mustard. Shape into 15 small cakes. Brown in deep kettle. Remove meat and place 1 tablespoon flour into kettle. Blend with fat. Add chili sauce, tomato soup, 1/2 teaspoon salt and hot water. Replace meat in kettle and bring to a boil. Make dumpling mixture as follows. Sift remaining flour with baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add milk gradually, beating until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls on top of boiling hamburger mixture. Cover closely and steam for 15 minutes. Serve at once. Serves 5 or 6.
