HAMBURGER STEW | |
1 lb. hamburger 2 c. diced carrots 2 c. diced celery 2 c. diced potatoes 1 c. diced onions 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can tomato soup In greased 9 x 13 inch pan add all diced vegetables. Crumble uncooked hamburger over top of vegetables. Spread cream of mushroom soup over hamburger, then spread tomato soup over mushroom soup. (You may want to add 1/4 cup water for a little more liquid texture, optional.) Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for additional 10-15 minutes. |
