HAMBURG STEW 
1 lb. hamburger
2 carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. gravy master
2 c. water
2 servings mashed potatoes

Brown hamburger and onions. Add 1 teaspoon of gravy master and stir. Add water and carrots. Simmer with lid on for 1 hour. Serve on mashed potatoes.
