JIFFY HAMBURGER STEW 
1 lb. lean hamburg
1 can tomato juice
1 onion, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 pack frozen mixed vegetables

Brown hamburg, pour off fat. Cook vegetables according to package directions. Add hamburg to tomato juice and tomatoes. Simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes until bubbling. Yield: 4 servings.
