Makes 6 servings Heat in skillet: 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 tsp. minced green pepper Mix well. Cover over medium heat, stirring with fork to break up meat until lightly browned. Add: 1 (1 lb.) can mixed vegetables, undrained 1 c. cooked med. noodles 1/2 tsp. salt Mix well. Cover over medium heat for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. |
