GRANDMA'S PEACH CUSTARD PIE | |
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell 2 ripe peaches, quartered 1 c. whole milk 2/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla extract 3 eggs Peel and quarter peaches and arrange in pie shell. Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and milk; mix well. Add vanilla. Pour carefully over peaches in pie shell and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 375 degrees or until custard is set. Really good served warm. |
