PORK CHOPS SUPREME 
6 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can French fried onion rings

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper and brown on both sides. Place in baking dish. Combine soup, water and thyme; blend and heat. Add parsley flakes, sour cream and half the onion rings. Pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle remaining onions on top and bake 5 minutes longer.
