CALDO GALLEGO 
2 cans navy beans
2 lg. potatoes, cut in 1 inch cubes
1/2 lb. ham, cut in 1 inch cubes
2 Spanish cherizos (sausage)
2 apples, cut in 1 inch cubes
2 cans water
4 oz. turnip greens

Boil beans and ham in water 1 hour. Add potatoes and whole sausage. Continue to cook 1 hour. Add greens and apples. Simmer 1/2 hour. Remove sausage and slice. Return to pot. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add water as needed. Serve.
