CARAMEL NUT DELIGHT (MICROWAVE) 
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. caramel topping
1 tube refrigerated biscuits
5 tbsp. butter, melted

Sprinkle sugar evenly on bottom of lightly greased glass ring mold or microwave circle cooker. Cover bottom with nuts. Cut each biscuit in half, dip in butter and arrange over topping filling circle. Microwave on 70% power for 5 minutes. Let rest 3 minutes before inverting on plate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
