ROAST AND VEGETABLES DINNER | |
4 lb. eye of the round roast 8 potatoes 8 carrots 8 onions 1 can green beans 1 pkg. onion soup mix 2 cans cream of mushroom soup Line roasting pan with tin foil, place roast in, add salt and pepper, add onion soup mix on top of roast, add 2 cans mushroom soup with 1 can water. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover roast, add vegetables and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add another can of water before baking at 350 degrees. Serves 6 people. |
