GAZPACHO 
1 c. finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped green peppers
1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 sm. clove garlic, pressed
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1-2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. tomato juice

Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and blend well. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve in chilled cups.
