BRUNCH HAM STRATA 
12 slices white bread
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
4 c. diced ham
1/2 lb. mild grated cheese
10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Cube 6 slices bread (it should not be fresh and I cut off the crusts). Place in bottom of well buttered 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Layer on top of cubed bread: 1/2 of ham, 1/2 of cheese, 1/2 of slightly cooked and well drained broccoli, and all of onion.

Repeat layers once again - the remaining 6 slices cubed bread, ham, cheese and broccoli. Mix in mixer: eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour evenly over layered ingredients in baking dish.

Cover with Saran wrap and store in refrigerator overnight. Take from refrigerator and allow to warm somewhat to room temperature (so as not to break dish). Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes on cooling rack.
