OVERNIGHT HAM AND EGG BRUNCH | |
8 slices of bread, crust removed and cubed 1 lb. ham, cubed 3/4 lb. cheese (Velveeta or American), cubed 7 eggs, slightly beaten 2 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard 4 tbsp. butter, melted 1 1/4 tsp. salt Butter 9x13 glass baking dish. Place bread cubes and ham in dish. Top with cheese. Combine eggs and milk with mustard and salt. Pour this over cheese. Pour butter over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serves 6-8. |
