BRUNCH HAM & EGGS 
8 slices bread, crust removed
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. ham, bacon or sausage
2 c. milk
1 dozen eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Grease a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Butter both sides of bread, lay in bottom of dish. Sprinkle with cheese over bread. Put ham, bacon or sausage over cheese. Mix together milk, eggs, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour in 325 degree oven (350 degrees for metal pan).
