BRUNCH EGG 
4 c. croutons or toasted bread crumbs
8 oz. (2 c.) cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Spread 4 cups croutons on bottom of 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 inch dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over croutons. Blend beaten eggs, 4 cups milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper. Next, pour over bread and cheese mixture. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Next cook bacon and crisp crumble over mixture. Bake 10 minutes more. Makes 10 servings or more.
