HAM AND EGG BRUNCH 
10 eggs
6 to 7 slices of bread, cubed
1 lb. ham, cubed
2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. melted butter

Grease 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Mix bread and ham and put into pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix together eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Pour over ham and cheese mixture. Pour butter, butter over all.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Can bake it without refrigerating it overnight. Bake at 325 degrees uncovered 40 minutes to 1 hour. 8 to 10 servings.
