HAM AND EGG BRUNCH | |
8 slices bread, cubed after crusts removed 1 lb. ham, cubed 3/4 lb. cheese, American or Velveeta cubes 7 lg. or 8 med. eggs, lightly beaten 2 3/4 c. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 1/4 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. butter, melted Butter a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Place the bread cubes and ham in dish. Top with cheese, combine eggs and milk with mustard and salt. Pour this over cheese. Pour butter over. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serves 8-10. |
