HAM AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked ham, diced
2 hard cooked eggs, cut up
Frozen peas
1 c. thick white sauce
Buttered bread crumbs

Make white sauce: 3 tablespoons butter, 4 tablespoons flour, 1 cup milk. Layer 1/2 the ham, 1/2 the eggs, and peas in a casserole dish; add 1/2 the white sauce. Repeat layers; top with bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
