"HAM" AND EGG CASSEROLE 
2 slices white bread, toasted and cut into cubes
4 oz. Swiss or Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz. turkey ham, sliced and cut into 1/2 inch sqs., divided
2 c. skim milk
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. each salt and prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. each onion powder and pepper

Spray 8 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Arrange bread cubes on bottom, sprinkle with cheese and top with 2 ounces ham. Beat together milk, eggs and seasonings; pour into pan and top with remaining ham. Bake 45 to 50 minutes until top is browned and a knife, inserted, comes out clean. Makes 4 servings.
