POT ROAST WITH GRAVY 
Bottom round roast
1/2 onion, chopped
4 beef cubes
Water enough to cover roast

Brown roast in large pot on all sides; drain any grease. Add water. Cover and cook over medium heat. Add cubes. Cook for 2 hours. Take 3/4 cup of water and 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, blend in cup; add to meat. Bring to a boil. Gravy should get thick, if not add more cornstarch and water.
