HOT BACON DRESSING 
4-6 slices bacon
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. vinegar

Dice bacon. Place in cold skillet; fry slowly until crisp. Remove from pan. To 3 tablespoons drippings, add rest of ingredients. Cook until slightly thickened. Return bacon to pan; heat through. Delicious over spinach, green beans, broccoli, or fresh garden lettuce.
