HOLIDAY VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms or 6-8 oz. can mushrooms
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can small peeled onions
1/2 c. milk
4 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. nutmeat

Cook beans according to directions. Rinse, dry and slice mushrooms; set aside. Drain onions; reserve liquid. Combine milk, cornstarch, nutmeg and reserved liquid in saucepan; bring to boiling point, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; add mushrooms and onions. Simmer 4-5 minutes. Drain beans, line dish with hot beans. Pour mushroom mixture over.
