MIDWESTERN BISCUITS AND GRAVY 
1 lb. hamburger
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cooked biscuits, 10 count

Brown hamburger in frying pan until slightly crispy. (It's important that the hamburger is crispy in this recipe). Drain fat. Mix flour into hamburger until hamburger is coated. In a bowl mix together milk and water; gradually add to hamburger, stirring constantly. Stir in beef bouillon, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over biscuits.

Add chopped onion to the hamburger as your browning - and you definitely have a winner. Have even added a little juice from jar of pepperoncini's... makes it outstanding. Gives a little kick.
