BISCUITS AND GRAVY 
1/2 lb. pork breakfast sausage (ground type)
1/4 of a med. yellow onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. hot milk
Dash Tabasco sauce
1 roll/tube oven style buttermilk biscuits

In a large frying pan, fry the sausage and onions until sausage is brown and onions are clear. Drain off all grease except 2 tablespoons. Stir in flour and cook for just a minute. Add hot milk (can be heated in the microwave). Stir constantly (with a fork) until mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper; stir in Tabasco sauce. Remember pork is salty, so be cautious when adding salt. Serve over open faced hot biscuits.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
