BISCUITS AND GRAVY 
4 sausage patties
3 tbsp. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper
Biscuits

Brown sausage. Cool for awhile. Add salt and pepper. Add flour and stir until well mixed. Add milk slowly and stir constantly. Simmer about 5 minutes. Serve gravy over biscuits. Serves 2.
