SPAGHETTI SAUCE WITH MEAT 
1 qt. whole tomatoes
Salt, pepper to taste
1 med. onion
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix plus extra Italian seasoning to taste
1 lb. hamburger

In a blender, combine tomatoes, sugar, salt, and pepper, spaghetti sauce mix, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Pour in saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer until it starts to thicken. Add tomato paste and simmer to desired consistency. Cook hamburger, drain. Add to sauce. Mix well and simmer to desired thickness. Cook one (16 ounce) package of spaghetti and serve.

SPAGHETTI SAUCE:

2-4 lb. pork loin roast
Tomato sauce

Put roast in crock pot or pan. Add tomato sauce until roast is covered. Cook slow (several hours) until meat shreds and falls off bone. Remove meat from sauce, debone and shred. Return to sauce. Add the following: 1 clove minced garlic 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning Salt to taste 1 tbsp. oregano 2 tbsp. parsley flakes 2 whole bay leaves, float in sauce, remove before serving 1 chopped onion

Simmer for 2-3 hours.
