JULIA'S BUTTERNUT SQUASH 
1 lg. butternut squash
2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. brown sugar

Peel and cut squash into chunks. Boil in a little water and salt until cooked. Drain well. Smash and add butter and sugar. Place in baking dish (8 inch square or round). Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
